APC & Waiver Policy
Sarasvata International Research Journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication following the completion of the peer-review and editorial evaluation process.
APC Structure
- Authors from India: ₹1,000 (INR)
- Authors from outside India: USD 15
APC Waiver Policy
The journal recognizes that some authors may face genuine financial difficulties or may not have access to institutional or research funding. Authors who are unable to pay the APC may therefore request a full or partial waiver.
Eligibility: Authors from any country may request an APC waiver or partial waiver in cases of genuine financial hardship or lack of available institutional or research funding.
Who should apply: The corresponding author should submit the waiver request on behalf of all authors.
When to apply: A waiver request should preferably be submitted at the time of manuscript submission and, in any case, before the final editorial acceptance decision.
How to apply: The corresponding author should contact the Editorial Office and briefly explain the financial circumstances and the reason for requesting a full or partial waiver.
Waiver requests are considered independently of the peer-review and editorial decision-making process. The ability or inability of an author to pay the APC does not influence the evaluation, acceptance, or rejection of a manuscript.
Other Author Charges
- No submission fee
- No peer-review fee
- No editorial processing fee
- No page charge

The APC is payable only after final acceptance of the manuscript. Payment of the APC does not guarantee acceptance or publication.
